Our Mission
At CBWA, we're passionate about helping others in our community. Each month, we focus on supporting a different local non-profit organization through donations (whether monetary or material) and our annual dues are donated to a selected non-profit organization each year. The Drake House
The Drake House is a 501c3 organization that works to respond to the growing number of single mothers and their children who are experiencing homelessness in North Fulton. Learn more about their mission here.
Young Lives
West Cobb YoungLives is a Young Life ministry for teen moms. YoungLives support pregnant and parenting teens through mentorship, community, and a life with Christ. Find out more here.
Cobb Collaborative
Cobb Collaborative educates, engages, and empowers local people and organizations to improve outcomes for children and families in Cobb County. CBWA often donates new or gently used books for local children.
Communities in Schools
Communities In Schools® (CIS®) surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Each summer, CBWA donates new school supplies to help students start the year well.
Cobb County First Responders
We are immensely grateful for the sacrifices our first responders make every day. Blessing them with homemade cookies is a small token of our appreciation.
International Mission Connection
International Mission Connection's focus is to impact lives in Central America through education, business creation and community outreach. CBWA raised a total of $2,600 through a live auction with items donated from group members.
